Extremo Sul - Atividades Turística, Lda is registered as a Data Controller with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). The CNPD's role is to oversee and enforce data protection laws within Portugal, including compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant national legislation concerning privacy and data protection. The CNPD operates independently to ensure impartiality in its regulatory activities, aiming to safeguard individuals' rights concerning their personal data.
